I am 1 of only 5, Senior Data Center Design Engineers on our team. I design data center solutions including servers, storage, networking, and security solutions. The portfolio of products allows me to provide a comprehensive solution to include the entire data center solution to includes disaster recovery solutions, cloud solutions, backup and recovery (BURA), enterprise security, and technical support integration solutions. The portfolio of products is the success to a comprehensive IT data center solution. Throughout my career, I have worked with data center solutions over 27 years. Designing data center solutions for the reseller community has been a natural progression considering I was in this reseller community for over 20 years and understand the IT requirements of the end users and how to provide the appropriate technological recommendation to offer comprehensive IT solutions in the data center utilizing industry standard solutions.I work closely with a variety of national accounts with a primary responsibility for the overseeing the product portfolio of business for national accounts.Understanding the complete solution is somewhat of a challenge and asking the right questions for the right reasons to offer the comprehensive solutions.

Developed Professional Services Division to introduce IT labor services to clients offering a variety of contract vehicles. Developed the contract structure and pricing strategy to bring to market a competitive IT support solution.Established Project Manager Skills from the managerial level to day-to-day operations keeping projects on time and within budgetEstablished vendor relationships with IT firms to position the company in contracts as prime and subcontractors roles for strategic IT projects.Utilize new and existing business relationships to develop Professional Services practice. Grew professional services client and revenue base utilizing newly developed products and services. Primary sales effort concentrated in the Banking and Health Care sectors, providing client/server solutions including Hardware, Software and On Site maintenance.Managed 300 active clients.
