I have been blessed to have had a varied and active career, as an entrepreneur, missionary, author, speaker and more. It has been a great adventure and my journey is far from over!I am the founder of Generational Equity, a leading M&A advisory firm focusing on the middle market, with clients across North America and internationally. As Chairman, I have spent years dedicated to the growth of the firm from the foundations up, to where we now employ over 200 skilled M&A professionals.Every day, I take great joy in the support the Generational Group offers to clients in exiting their business and securing their financial legacy. Our own legacy is equally inspiring: with my son Ryan as the firm’s President and CEO, leading us to be recognized by numerous associations for our professional approach and dedication to our clients.Outside of my work with Generational Equity, I am on the Board of Directors for several faith-based organizations, including Here’s Life Africa, Iran Alive Ministries and Christian Cultural Center. I have always devoted time to ministry work, having been on over 150 mission trips since 1995 and traveled to 66 nations.In addition, I serve as the Chancellor of Phoenix University of Theology and Dean of the Institute of Christian Maturity, and have authored Character is King, a roadmap to finding God’s destination for you.
