Member of the Operations Start-Up Team for the Ichthys Project, Venturer FPSO. During the construction phase I was based in Goeje, South Korea where my duties included:Procedure and checklist development, review and validation for the start-up phase of the project.Vendor package specification review, PSV bench test witnessing and vendor package flange.

• Experienced in NRC Utilities and Process areas. These areas include all safety systems, management of wellheads including annulus pressures, gas drying using glycol dehydration, product separation, compression and all.
• Permit sign on; checking that work parties are competent to carry out assigned work, aware of the safety concerns and that the permit covers the task.
• Process isolation's including building isolation's, checking and approving isolation schemes, confirming the integrity of isolation's and verifying isolation's carried out by other operators.
• Daily rounds; checking equipment to ensure it is operating within operational specifications to ensure integrity of critical equipment with regards to pressure, temperature and velocities. Monitoring separation and gas.
• Planned work; carrying out routine scheduled work which involves testing safety systems, changing duty of equipment and isolating equipment for routine maintenance.
• Operating procedure verification; ensuring steps are detailed correctly and task can be carried out safely. Modifying existing operating procedures where required.

Woodside Energy, Pipework Replacement Project. Based in Woodside’s offices as part of the Facilities Engineering Team. Duties were to analyse the pipework inspection reports by system and decide on the correct course of action with regards to integrity. Typical actions were Painting, Temporary wraps, Furmanite clamps to Pipework Replacement. These actions.

Yuzhno Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Island, Russian Federation

Sakhalin Island is a province of the Russian Federation and is situated to the East of the Russian mainland and North of Japan. PSN’s project team were to provide technical support to SEIC (Sakhalin Energy Investment Company) on all Brownfield projects to be carried out on the Molikpaq platform. Duties as Lead Piping Designer included day to day management.

Involved in several projects including the Angel project which consists of an offshore platform situated in Australia’s North West Shelf area. The platform includes gas and condensate separation, gas dehydration and export facilities. The platform design was to allow for not normally manned operation. I was employed on this project during FEED and detail.
