• Manage all current retail customers business totaling $65MM – Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, BJ’s & True Value• Increased the Mint-X brand in retail landscape through branded & co-branded customer opportunities – new customers include Lowes, BJ’s & ACE Hardware• Build bottom-up plans & goals for all channels – Grocery, DIY, Mass Merch, Discount and FF/Specialty Food to achieve plan of $100MM retail sales• Turned an existing $27MM business to $65MM in less than 2 years.

• Established the first dedicated sales division for east region, including hiring and building compensation plans for team of 25 people• Worked closely with Marketing & Commercial teams to ensure complete alignment of brand plans and objectives that were cascaded down to sales teams and distributors• Designed, implemented and managed sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes that delivered double digit growth for 7 straight years within assigned budget• Managed the launch of 2 brands in the Coca Cola Bottling system – Core Power & Fairlife YUP growing the portfolio from zero sales to over $250MM in gross revenue in the region in 7 years• Developed and managed target list of region customers to secure availability and achieved 85% ACV within customer base
