Strategically manage LSL's client base as the first line of contact and consultant between LSL and companies as clients. Has primary accountability and ownership of client relationships, managing client accounts, contracts and expectations. Responsibilities include establishing a collaborative environment that leads to the assistance in sales and marketing ideas, the identification of technology opportunities, the discovery of client issues and solutions to those issues enabling clients to bring products to market while maximizing client revenue streams and improving business processes.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of company’s marketing. This includes brand development, strategy, market research, competitive analysis, as well as awareness and creation of marketing concepts to assist in the growth and sales of the company. Lead teams that developed and designed current corporate website along with web initiatives including social media and blogging. Responsible for developing research metrics in order to measure the effectiveness of all sales, marketing and advertising campaigns helping to understand the ROI of such efforts. Work closely with Business Development to identify prospective clients for sales pipeline, develop marketing and sales strategy to target them in the most appropriate way and engaged prospects through implementation. Also responsible for development, building and responses to client RFP’s including technical and pricing proposals.
