In this role, I head the company’s global marketing group and serve as a member of the Eriez executive management team. This includes defining global marketing strategies, and developing and leading the execution of regional marketing initiatives to support the objectives of Eriez' worldwide operating units, as well as the creation and implementation of global initiatives under the "One Eriez" umbrella in areas such as internal communications and branding.

In this promotion into Eriez’ Corporate group, I provided strategic and operational direction to all of Eriez' global subsidiaries in the execution of localized marketing programs. My responsibilities include overseeing all advertising and public relations campaigns, the company’s global websites, digital marketing and trade shows. Managing Eriez’ global marketing teams, collateral development, regional localization of selling tools, and the relationships with creative, public relations and digital agencies are all key components of a successful marketing program for Eriez.

Led all North America marketing and communication efforts, including advertising, public relations, tradeshows and digital marketing, including our websites. Annually create a comprehensive multi-million dollar strategic marketing plan for the company's equipment and services in numerous diverse markets. Implemented the plan within budget, leading an internal team and directing outside advertising, public relations and digital agencies.

Responsible for the overall development and execution of MFG Tray's strategic marketing plan. Managed a complete organizational rebranding including a new website, sales catalogs, product literature, trade show displays and trade publication advertising. Implemented new digital strategy including paid search, email marketing and social media communications.

Worked with regional B2B manufacturers to create actionable marketing strategies and detailed tactical plans to increase awareness, sales and market share.

Managed multiple product lines driving over $15 million in annual revenue.
