This project spanned the Texas panhandle region, focusing on development of a business impact analysis (BIA), followed by strategic plans and templates for cattle, swine, dairy, and livestock transportation industry. ★ Served on inter-disciplinary team in support of DTRA’s Integrated Early Warning (IEW) project in order to improve bio-surveillance, information sharing, and ability for quick decisions during a disease outbreak, chem-bio warfare attack that could disturb force protection, or dominate power capabilities within the U.S. Indo-Pacific region. ★ Provided planning and logistical support for the DoD and DHS sponsored Interagency Biological Restoration Demonstration (IBRD) program in the Seattle, WA and the Wide Area Recovery & Resiliency Program (WARRP), in Denver CO, which delivered plans & technologies to support recovery of wide urban areas following a catastrophic incident.
