I’m a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander after 28 years of active and reserve service and have served as a civilian Emergency Management Specialist / Environmental Program Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard since Sept 11, 2022.My peers and partners consider me a resourceful, collaborative leader, offering over 25 years of expertise in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness project oversight, strategic planning, continuity of operations, and complex emergency response, within the U.S. Coast Guard and Interagency, as well as abroad with multi-national partners.I have a passion for all-hazard preparedness planning, and support time-sensitive crisis responses operations, while promoting collaboration with stakeholders, community members, cross-functional teams, and multidisciplinary experts.
