Currently in charge of a highly skilled team of designers working in the Aerospace/ Defense and injection mold build Industries. I've become heavily involved in the upfront DFMA for RTM tooling, composite tooling and work closely with our customers to come up with the best fits for their tooling needs. I've helped Prospect become a leader in these area through innovation and teamwork. I'm also highly involved in our injection mold builds to give our customers advice stemming from my 30 plus years of plastics experience. I’m driving innovation in our department and am always excited to work with new challenges.

We help our customers in all facets of tooling design, build or part run. We can run entire programs for companies or work on one specific area for our clients. We have more than 100 years of tooling design and run experience at our disposal.

Running the Engineering functions for Molding,Tool Modifications, Assembly and Manufacturing. Also, heping in the quality areas of the company and helped achieve UL approval for assembly plant

I was in charge of the manufacture of molds for the "Airbag" industry in the automotive sector. I would aide our customers in design of the part for manufacture as well as help design the molds for optimum efficiency.

Tooling Engineer Resposible for procurement of tooling as well as specifications for tool builds as it related to the manufacture of plastic parts used on Dirt Devil Cleaners.

DLH was my 1st "real" job. I worked up from a machine operator to the Quality and Engineering Dept. I was designing 3-D fixtures used to form tubing into specific shapes. From there I moved up to the corporate headquarters and designed assembly fixtures and test equipment. Then to Design Engineer where I interacted with GM, Ford and Chrysler engineers on a peer to peer level. I then went to the internal tool shop and started designing moldsholding that position for 5 years.
