Mobilized the resulting change management and infrastructure transformation programs in a joint team with Capgemini.• Led the delivery of Optus Business' new generation of IP-based fixed networking products, enabling customers to halve key infrastructure costs while enabling their business productivity. This included conducting media briefings and sales presentations for the launch.• Grew Optus Business’ $1bn product portfolio 3% faster than the market, while exceeding the margin target through a focus on sales enablement and clearing roadblocks to margin improvement projects.I am passionate about the transition to net zero and have a post-graduate qualification in energy policy and economics.
