This was a two-part role with people management (Chapter Lead) and flow-to-work responsibilities.As a Chapter Lead, served as people manager leading an agile chapter consisting of 15 people working in architecture, engineering and operations roles supporting Telstra’s cloud infrastructure.As a Network Cloud Engagement Lead;- Managed all network workload hosting requests across Telstra, supporting the implementation of the Telstra’s cloud strategy through hosting engagement assessments, workload placement and cloud solution development and implementation.- Contributed to Telstra’s cloud consolidation strategy; provided a clear set of recommendations and plan to execute on the strategy with a robust governance framework.Achievements:- Established and managed the ongoing operation of a “virtual front door” function for cloud engagements across Networks & IT, in collaboration with colleagues. - Avoided investment in legacy systems through the implementation of an effective cloud consolidation strategy, ensuring workloads were hosted optimally.

Responsible for tenant (internal Telstra cloud users) engagement and onboarding for Network Cloud hosting across N&IT. Responsibilities and key achievements included:- Established the Cloud Onboarding practice and team for the Network Cloud Group at Telstra, which successfully onboarded ~20 internal customers on to the new Network Cloud platform in FY19 and FY20.- As a TPO, I led a mission to implement an automated VNF onboarding system which reduced the time to create IaaS services and onboard new customers from 6 weeks to 2 weeks and saved over 50% per new tenant VNF onboarded. - I was responsible for the Service Offer, Customer Journey and Service Catalogue roadmap for TNC-2 (on-prem NFVi Cloud).- Tenant Pipeline Management. Build and maintain a backlog of tenants for Network Cloud hosting requests. Prioritise engagements and onboarding against N&IT OKRs.- Customer advocacy and engagement. One of my key responsibilities was to work with our tenants on an ongoing basis to ensure our Network Cloud services pipeline is aligned with their business priorities and hosting requirements.
