John is Director of Hillier Parker’s Capital Transactions team. He is responsible for the sale of major commercial and retail investment properties, portfolio sales and development sites sales. John brings more than 20 years’ broad experience within the commercial real estate market working for top-tier global, property firms. He began his career in Office Leasing at Savills, before transferring into their Capital Markets team. After eight years' with the Group he was head-hunted into Colliers International as Senior Director Investment Services before joining Knight Frank as Director of City Sales in 2011. He progressed to Head of NSW Sales Team at KF and made Partner in 2018. John joined CI Australia in 2019 and brings with him a well established network of Asian buyers and property developers. His reputation as a top broker is backed up by an outstanding marketing and sales track record. He has personally brokered over $1Billion in the Sydney Commercial sales' market over the last 24 months.
