Responsible for managing the entire capital investment programme within Frederic Robinson's licensed estate. Whilst at Robinsons I have developed robust business tools and strategies to deliver value to the business and to our customers, along with new processes for improving the effectiveness of our reactive and planned maintenance services across all trades. I have also developed frameworks and service level agreements with existing and new suppliers to identify the most competitive suppliers and provide demonstrable value for money. In managing the capital investment budget, I work closely with the company’s Executive Board members to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and meet the business need. I have also brought on board a number of external design companies who have experience of delivering similar projects for others in order that we can benchmark ourselves against competitors and broaden our knowledge base.

Reporting to the Director of the Architectural & Project Management Division with responsibility for a team of architects and technicians, managing projects up to £100Million in value. A client facing role, with direct responsibility for agreeing fees, scope of service, and invoices.Managing a series of major projects, including large scale commercial, industrial, residential developments across the UK. Notable projects include a new community football complex in West Lancashire, a national distribution centre near Rugby, and a live/work scheme in the Lake District on the site of a Scheduled Monument.

Attained the position of Architect following successful completion of the RIBA/ARB Examination in Professional Practice in November 2001.Worked on several large residential projects for major housebuilder clients including Dandara, Bellway, and Taylor Woodrow. Produced full tender packages in collaboration with the client’s Quantity Surveyor and Engineering team. Carried out site inspections, acted as Contract Administrator and coordinated with other disciplines.
