My role is to meet with students regularly and ensure they come up with realistic, innovative, and mass produceable ideas that will resonate with our client.

Together with Professor Chris Myers, we taught undergraduate computer science and mechanical engineering students how to ideate, sketch, storyboard - and then bring their ideas to life with CAD, mechanical systems, physical prototyping, microcontrollers, and fabrication. Passing some of my knowledge along to another generation of creative professionals was extremely rewarding, and taught me valuable skills in leadership and communication.

This class covered product sketching, ideation, storyboarding, and the fundamentals of presentation. The class resulted in a final group project where students came up with a business idea and utilized everything they learned in class to create and present a pitch deck about their idea.
