My current position at FRAB was within New Business Development and Account Management, selling FRAB’s portfolio of Interactive CrystalKiosk and Server Racking whilst selling branded IT hardware and software to companies on a supply basis only.My responsibility includes finding the customer, sourcing, buying and procuring all of the commodities.

My position at Maxima was in New Development and Account Management, selling their portfolio of Managed Services, Hardware, Software and Consultancy to various vertical markets.My clients included fully managed outsourced IT departments supplying hardware, software implementation and configuration.

Maxima Holdings merged with Centric Networks; my role at Centric Networks Limited was the same as at Maxima, the management reporting being the only thing that changed.

Berkley IT was a partnership comprising of two other members and myself. It was formed to provide a service, network design, installation, maintenance and upgrades to both end users and manufacturers of personal computers. I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the operations. I also provided all first line technical support and purchased all.

As a Partner Manager I was responsible for looking after 100 business partners who in turn sold the LapSafe Portfolio into the education market. It was my responsibility to find new business partners within my geographical location to promote the products.

I joined Corporate IT shortly after its formation. The core business was the deployment and installation of a new technology called Citrix. We were evangelists in this technology and as a company were well respected by both Microsoft and Citrix. I initially joined the company as an Account Manager but finished my career at Corporate IT as a Business Unit.

I joined City Lifeline Systems to establish a PC division to support sales of open VMS and Microsoft Windows NT based solutions for the banking sector. This was run as an isolated revenue producing business, within an established software house, reporting to the MD. In the first 12 months this generated a turnover of just under £628K, and profits of £93K.

I joined the Ford Motor Company from school progressing into the systems and analysis environment through periods on the factory floor and in production scheduling. This early experience provided a valuable insight into team building, inter-personnel communications and line management. My introduction to PC technology in the early 1980s was as a.
