As a pioneer in the 21st century it is imperative to network network network and use combined resources to better each person individually and the oppressed and overlooked community at large.Pastor John T. Brice, M.Div. a native of Philadelphia, PA, is an alumnus of Morehouse College. While at Morehouse, John was active in the organization of community events, purposed in giving back to the West End community of Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, mentoring was a constant aspect of John’s early start in ministry. Through the program, Building Young Men through His-Story, eighth-grade boys from Herndon Elementary and M. Agnes Jones, would spend time with their mentors at the M. L. King Center, focusing on exposing and developing young people through our history. John was an active developer of Building Young Men since his freshman year and throughout his college career. Pastor John's journey from Morehouse College led to completing his candidacy and receiving a Master’s of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University. John served as a member of Mayor Michael Nutter’s Commission on African-American Males and a member of the planning committee for Arcadia University’s Black Male Development Symposium. John now serves the Pastor of St. James Campus, and is a committed visionary focusing on community, family, and youth development through the Love of Christ.
