I have worked for many stable organizations and continue to look for new challenges to build on my current experiences. I have a very diverse background in power plant operations, maintenance and leadership roles with over 33 years of experience to offer. My current experience as a Process Manager has been molded over many years with great leadership support including my own experiences in a tough environmental climate. This resulted in cost savings of $2.49M per year and plant availability increase of 4.9% through forecasting weather and plant capacity.• Plant site representative in commissioning, startup and warranty claim tracking with OEM and engineering solutions with monetary resolutions based on Long Term Service Agreement language and expectations on the commissioning of Siemens 8000H combined cycle plant.• Oversaw all operational reporting for local, federal government and plant ownership requirements. • Created Long-term capital projects and plant revisions through Management of Change (MOC).• Educated and train direct reports in all energy initiatives and cost savings activities.
