Working with Veterans Experience Office and continuing to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system which aids the Community Care and ChampVA call centers with documenting all Interactions with their customers. In this role, I work primarily on the project eliciting requirements from numerous stakeholders, documenting those requirements, and working with stakeholders to prioritize them. As part of a project team, I assist with release communications and roadmap planning.Last year, with Aptive, I became a manager and have 5 professionals that report to me. They work on various projects under the same contract, all under the Veterans Experience Office.

Worked with Veteran's Relationship Management on a multi-year and line of business project that implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution with the goal to provide better customer service to Veterans, their Beneficiaries, and Providers.In this new role, I was responsible for using Visio to document current process flows and create to-be process flows to determine gaps between the two, and supporting the Program and Project Managers by ensuring user stories were complete and addressed on the project roadmap.

Associated Veterans (AV) was selected as the primary contractor for implementation of the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-146). In this contract, AV helped the Chief Business Office of the Veterans Administration with the implementation of the law and provided project management support.In my role as a business analyst, I was responsible for providing oversight of Veteran's Choice Program Claims Processing implementation including creation and execution of test plan and executive level reporting of implementation, maintaining relationships with multiple leaders within the CBOPC and Revenue Operations, ensuring senior level management was informed weekly during Veteran's Choice Program implementation through reporting mechanisms and utilizing Issue Briefs, when necessary, to escalate awareness of specific issues that impacted overall program implementation.I also oversaw the risk management process by creating a process to collect risks from various team leads and worked with Internal Control teams to create quarterly reports outlining risks and mitigation plans for review by senior leadership. I facilitated and scheduled client meetings with internal and external stakeholders, generated meeting minutes and tracked and managed action items.
