I have served as a board member and for a time the Chairman of the Board. My main functions were to provide oversight and strategic direction for the overall organization. I also served on the investment committee where we devised appropriate investment strategies for the organization.

- Established a stable and profitable fixed income product line returning approximately $2,000,000 in net trading profits to the firm from May 1st until December 2010. - Established risk management strategy for firm inventory to protect profits- Instrumental in securing an equity private placement deal with a key wire house client - Managed a team of equity analysts, improved the equity selection process on several key portfolios and maintained the day to day investment decisions on more than 400 fixed income and equity foreign and domestic portfolios. - Designed and presented training sessions on various markets and products for the sales team. - Authored several educational value added articles for the sales force on various topics including, among others, the relationship between the U.S., Chinese, and Indian markets.

Managed various specialty equity portfolios from various sectors ranging from the PGJ China Fund to the the PHO Domestic Water, Alternative and Progressive Energy, Nanotechnology, Aerospace & Defense and REIT portfolios.

Assisted in finding the balance in strategy between the business and ministry aspects of what ECFA was about. Also was a foster parent and continue to be an adoptive parent for special needs children
