Worked with the communications staff and other key departments to create promotional, marketing, and informational materials to stimulate public interest and support for events and activities. Along with super-talented directors on our Board, coaches, pace group leaders, ambassadors, race captains, and a co-president for two years, led San Francisco's largest running organization. Awarded national Outstanding Club President of the Year honor by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) in 2020. Over the moon with the recognition which truly goes to our club members and other leaders who help the beauty and magic come to life.Committed to building/strengthening a running community that inspires and supports one other in the process. Grew San Francisco Road Runners membership (annual dues: $120-150) numbers by 35%. Established fruitful partnerships with international companies and local businesses. Saw the desire of our members to do more than just train for a race... Started SFRRC's multi-day Running Camp (among the redwoods in Occidental, CA), Fall Retreat (in Pacifica), movie nights, club nights, and our running book club. Additionally, we introduced our official Club Ambassador program, race captains, and Members of the Month program all to add a human touch increasing member value and retention rate.Our hope is to make SFRRC a place where the running community thrives; where we care for each other's well being and happiness; where kindness is the culture; and where our goals and dreams can become reality. On top of it all, we want everybody including newcomers, to feel they are part of a warm and authentic community where all are equally welcomed and loved.During the COVID-19 Stay-At-Home Public Health Order, we were committed to keeping our members safe and healthy and engaged. We had with conversations (via YouTube Live) with Olympic Marathon Gold Medalists Joan Benoit Samuelson and Frank Shorter, then “soon to be” Bronze Medalist Molly Seidel, USA Trials Champion Aliphine Tuliamuk, community gatherings and Yoga for Runners via Zoom, tons of social media engagement opportunities, more.

Coaching with the simplest and most effective techniques developed and dialed in by Coach Jack Daniels. Honoring the athletes (time goals & hopes), teaching, and uplifting along the journey. Coached many to personal bests and running confidence. Done with the help of two amazing assistant coaches.

Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco are two unique ones—de Young in Golden Gate Park and Legion of Honor in Lincoln Park. ArtPoint is a group of young professionals supporting them.

Along with amazing people (that included team in India) launched numerous social initiatives. Procured (with Oracle legal's help) and kicked off two major Oracle Corporate social media accounts, acquired short URL (for social posts across the company), developed systems for producing infographics with Oracle "look and feel" in collaboration with Oracle's creative team... on the sales side, with inside and field sales, we built social selling and mobile programs for customers to drive engagement/revenue in the quickly evolving connection with the "social" world. All positioning/strategy designed to attract customers and help strengthen our brand/product position while keeping a clear narrative.

Collaboratively led product marketing for the world's #1 database and complex cross-functional team that included products, advertising, campaigns, analyst relations, communications/PR, creative/design, and oracle.com team. Launched products. Delivered keynote presentations locally/overseas to large audiences (average 3-400 people) and C-level executives in smaller HQ welcomes. As part of our omnichannel campaigns/programs strategy hosted many "firsts" including Oracle Database customer podcast series, numerous webcasts, authored blogs, digital whiteboards, plus creative use of social media channels. Coupled tightly with sales to strengthen customer base and deliver new leads, adjusting to specific audiences/regions.
