Defining, implementing and operating the Arrivals and Departures Systems for the 1st European Games to be held in Baku in June 2015. This includes requirements gathering, development and operations support of a cloud based system used by hundreds of organisations to capture the travel arrangements of 20K members of the Games Family, and provide operational processes and reports so that all the groups (governmental and games) providing services to the clients at the airports and at the accommodation can operate efficiently and effectively.
