Greater Pittsburgh Area

I run mud on drilling rigs throughout the Appalachian basin.-Project manager for drilling fluids operations – typical size of an average job was approximately $150k for a two week project-Responsible for customer service, inventory management, and system performance; supervised numerous sub-contractors and other personnel-Mud Engineer on-site for 70 gas wells throughout the Marcellus and Utica shales in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia

-Responsible for all aspects of well site Geology on drilling rigs throughout the Marcellus Shale of Pennsylvania, including gas monitoring, creating a detailed stratigraphy for each well, daily reports to energy company geologists and representatives, as well as serving as a lead trainer for new field geologists-Have completed mud logs for 50+ wells for operators including Chesapeake, Shell, Chief, PGE, and Seneca Energy-Trained geosteerer; proficient in SES, Wellsight, and iBall Technologies

Interned with the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Project Management Office, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where I developed a series of proposals to standardize key software development reporting and budgeting metrics across several Project Management platforms (SAP, Hyperion, PeopleSoft) for a global financial institution during a series of mergers and divestitures

-Led the implementation and trouble-shooting of the Mapping Information Platform project management application, improving acceptance and usage among a 50+ person national team from near zero to 100% in six months, while adding significant enhancements to the application -Revised and updated Flood Insurance Rate Maps for FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program, which involved analyzing construction documents, engineering designs, and mastering advanced hydraulic and hydrologic modelling software-Simultaneously and successfully managed an average of 20 independent projects for engineering clients and never missed or extended a deadline
