As a Senior Technology Analyst at Shell Pipeline, I worked on the SCADA replacement project. Our team worked to replace the old SCADA system with a more advanced, up to date system. In my role I was responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of all computer hardware. This included over 200 physical and virtual servers and 400 workstations across 3 environments (Development, Production, and Training) and multiple locations. I built and supported the domain and was responsible for the backup infrastructure. I performed several security audits across the different environments prior to them being released for use. While the systems were being audited I worked with the auditors and was a part of the team that worked on the audit remediation tasks.
