In this capacity he dealt on a daily basis with Air Force program managers and budget planners to support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) formulation, risk analysis, and budget execution activities. He is a Command Pilot with over 3,300 hours in military air refueling and mobility aircraft, commanding operational forces worldwide at multiple levels throughout his career. He is an air refueling operations guru. John has multiple Pentagon assignments including experience with the inter-agency and Capitol Hill. He began his military career as a test engineer in the F-16 System Program Office, Wright Patterson Air Force Base Ohio. John is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Manager curriculum.
