To three plants, and their surrounding support buildings. Coordinated Dispatch and communications operations and the implementation of an 800 MHz radio system. Operate fire apparatus, fire protection systems. Also provide Emergency Medical services to employees and contractors. Maintain record retention; conduct fire inspections and security audits of various shipments. Monitor and issue confined space entry permits/confined space rescue. Controlled all Lock-out/Tag-out procedures. Promoted to Deputy Fire Coordinator that oversees all fire operations at the facility. Also conduct duties as a site instructor to security officers and to General Motors employees. Specializing in incipient fire Brigade operations, fire extinguishers and Emergency First Aid. Supervised crew of five to seven officers maintains compliance with all facility procedures such as discipline, attendance, scheduling and operations.
