As an IT Specialist at Ryther, I support the organization's mission of providing mental health services to children and families by ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of their IT systems and equipment. I troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues, install and configure software and hardware, and provide training and guidance to staff and clients on IT-related matters. I have completed multiple projects, such as upgrading the network infrastructure, migrating data to the cloud, and implementing cybersecurity best practices. In addition, I work as a Computer Lab Assistant at Seattle Pacific University, where I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I assist students and faculty with using computer lab resources, monitor and report any problems or malfunctions, and maintain the inventory and security of the lab equipment. I also apply my skills and knowledge in Linux and database administration, object-oriented programming, and data structures, which I acquired through my coursework and internship as a System Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services. I am passionate about learning new technologies and exploring innovative solutions to real-world problems.
