The associated financial consolidation project delivered a record to report capability consolidating data from 25 individual ERP systems providing transparent visibility of financial performance across the group for the first time.Deployed a board level cyber strategy that delivered a measured improvement to our business and technology risk profile based on third party audit. On the international recognised CMMI index our capability improved from a level 2 “developing” maturity in 2017 to a level 4 “managed” maturity in 2020.
