John co-created the Global Justice Fellowship, a training program for American community organizers advocating for the rights of women and LGBTQ people in the Global South.Program Development | Designed and facilitated text-based dialogue and skills-building program reaching 150 community leaders across the USA, focused on contemporary human rights issues, policy, and advocacy. The Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) is an expert-moderated text-based seminar program for graduate students in medicine, law, seminary, and journalism. Students use the historical lens of the Holocaust to examine contemporary ethical issues in their field.Program Development | Organized the first major fellowship year, including designing and managing the selection process and coordinating travel logistics for multiple 12-day programs to Germany and Poland for graduate students and faculty.Recruitment & Selection | Directed university outreach and recruitment efforts.
