Having graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing/Management, I have been involved in many facets of retail, product, program and people management. This includes successfully excelling in positions with sales volumes from $5 million to $40 million; recruiting, hiring and developing teams ranging in size from 10 individuals to more than 200; and collaborating/building relationships with customers and executives at all levels. My direct engagement with all aspects of the employee lifecycle management resulted in a solid understanding of performance management and employee development. Understanding what customers (internal and external) expect, what the word "team"​ means, and how to motivate and develop people to perform at a very high level has been one of my strengths. I excel when challenged, and my best work is done during periods of change and growth as I continually strive to learn more and improve.
