The SBAC enlisted federal and state officials, regional, and local business owners to establish public-private partnerships focused on identifying, reviewing, and addressing issues that affect small businesses in Portland.Collaborative policy initiatives were developed to enhance business policy and practices through the City of Portland’s bureaus.
