As The Head of Development and Production at Dubspot music school, Carluccio produced over 400 short viral videos which resulted in an increase of over 200,000 YouTube subscribers during his term. He co-founded The Dubspot Original Programming arm.Duties included:• Create and execute programming strategies through the production and development process.• Oversee the development of original programming and programming elements for Dubspot’s pilots, specials, and series. • Identify and respond to programming needs. Research current media trends and production techniques. Conceive and create fresh new programming.• Director of in-house video production team. Develop and maintain relationships with the production community and independent producers; prospective producers, and employ skills pertaining to the development/refining of editorial content.• Supervise editorial management over multiple outside production companies on multiple series/specials simultaneously and in coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and on-budget development.• Review pitches, work-in-progress edits, and other materials for development and production.• Present projects with marketing staff and develop promotional strategies. Inform and involve key departments on projects throughout all stages of the pipeline to maximize their value to the company.• Maintain adherence and accountability for aspects of Dubspot’s editorial, budgetary, and production standards as well contractual requirements for programming.• Represent Dubspot at key markets, conventions and other functions as designated by the CEO.• Function as Executive Producer on all Dubspot Original Productions.
