Turnaround work at HVAC distributor - viability test, cash flow, profitability analysis by business segment, pushed down information to line personnel, developed compensation schemes, aided in development of business plan. The Company was eventually sold to a competitor.
CEC operated multiple bowling centers, hotels and other real estate-based investments in Wisconsin. Many were experiencing difficulty in the face of tough economic times, changes in the industry, and too much debt. Work included helping the Company understand profitability by bowling/bar-restaurant/gaming segments, adjusting remote operational reporting.

FCX is a $100+ million multi-location industrial distributor and manufacturers’ rep to process industries. In addition to typical CFO duties, did some acquisition work (due diligence, modeling, subsequent integration). FCX was a British-owned company, so met with the UK board of directors several times a year to review performance to plan, and present.
Responsibilities included overseeing all parts of the business other than sales and marketing. This included a systems integration/panel assembly division.
