CurrentLead recruitment, application process, training, program monitoring, regular communications and updates for all volunteerism related to all existing units in the service area. | Market division activity, growth and events through design and distribution of Newsletter, Social Media, and printed materials | management and restructuring of the annual operating budget of Units | Serve as communications and resources liaison between the council and 9-15 scouting Units in Jacksonville | Facilitate Meeting operations in absence of Unit leader | Implement and verify training for new Unit leaders | Charter New and returning Units according to BSA 12-step Chartering Process | Achieve and maintain a BSA existing unit youth membership retention rate of 50% or more | maintained division website and created marketing materials for training and promotions of District | Manage expenditure and funding disbursement of program sites and total budget | establish and maintain relationships with new and existing community partners, potential donors and stakeholders
