I direct daily operations of this full-service residential and commercial construction company specialized in new construction; remodels; plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and pool / spa equipment maintenance. I visit and oversee multiple job sites daily while managing the company’s business development, sales, marketing, budget administration, accounting (AP and AR), project estimating, contract development, and production activities. I enjoy meeting with my clients to advise them on solutions to meet their specific needs. In addition, I am responsible for assembling and managing sub-contractors, securing all needed permits, acquiring materials and supplies, and ensuring that all team members meet critical project milestones.
