About John Cello

As the owner and lead instructor at The Tactical Pirate, my goal is to provide our students safe, effective training on a variety of weapons systems. Everyone benefits from training regardless of skill level.Whether you're new to shooting or a grizzled veteran, we can take your skills up a notch or two. Handgun, carbine, or shotgun we have a curriculum that will give you a leg up on the competition, be it on the range or the street. With our experience in training individuals, law enforcement agencies, and military units we can quickly diagnose stumbling blocks and conduct exercises to mitigate them.We don't teach trends, just solid, proven methods tested and perfected on the battlefield and competition. We offer basic, intermediate, and advanced courses on pistols, carbines, and shotguns, which take you from the basics to moving and firing as a team.
