Lead the oversight, coordination and management of people, process, & technology associated with finance, accounting, tax, information technology, and human resource functions across the U.S., Europe, Asia, & Africa. Oversee firm financial management including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, & annual financial reporting as well as budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and audit coordination for a private equity and marketable securities firm with $2 billion in AUM. Direct multiple operational departments, insuring that all activities are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as laws governing the five foreign countries in which business operations are conducted. Partner with the CEO and senior executives to develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to support the changing needs of the organization. Promote ongoing staff development through training programs, establishment of individual goals & objectives, formal performance measurement, and hands on mentoring to cultivate skills and increase awareness of the interrelationships between departments and across foreign office locations.
