Oversee firm financial management including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, & annual financial reporting as well as budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and audit coordination for a private equity and marketable securities firm with $2 billion in AUM. Direct multiple operational departments, insuring that all activities are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as laws governing the five foreign countries in which business operations are conducted.
