Toronto Hydro owns and operates the electricity distribution system for Canada's largest city. It has approximately 779,000 customers located in the city of Toronto and distributes approximately 18% of the electricity consumed in Ontario.As a Treasury Analyst at Toronto Hydro, I am responsible for managing cash and forecasting liquidity to ensure optimal financial operations and also ensure the overall capital structure remains within regulated levels. This involves daily issuance of commercial paper and prepared detailed cash flow reporting and monitored market interest rate movement.I also played a key role in the long-term debt issuance exercise, including prepare complex financial modelling of changes in principal, interest rate and repayment schedule, followed by financial due diligence process by working with cross functional teams and external parties such as syndicate banks, credit agencies, lawyers and auditors.Notable achievement on research and analysis, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). I help perform research and valuations of potential acquisition transactions for business expansion. I also build and maintain a competitor analysis dashboard. This dashboard is a vital tool for benchmarking our financial and operating performance against competitors, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.In addition, I maintain a strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and credit agencies. It helps secure favorable terms and conditions for financing and credit, ensuring that Toronto Hydro's financial interests are well-represented and safeguarded in the market.

Additionally, there are daily parades and nighttime events. The Resort has three theme resort hotels: Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge and Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.As an Associate Financial Analyst at Hong Kong Disneyland, I played a pivotal role in Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting the business with an annual revenue of over US$800M. I assisted the month-end close process, reviewed P&L and prepared financial review decks for the HKDL Resort. Conducting detailed variance analysis on the Resort's P&L and operating performance.I analyzed revenue performance, including admission, merchandise, and F&B revenues for both the Park and Hotels, amounting to approximately US$700M annually. Key achievements include spearheading the development and monitoring of company-wide cost mitigation strategies during the pandemic, providing essential scenario analysis on revenue, Opex, and Capex, which contributed significantly to the company's resilience amidst mandated park closures. I also designed a new PowerBI dashboard to visualize revenue and expenses, enhancing expense visibility, which was presented to the incumbent CFO.
