Mr. Hanna began his career as a co-op engineer with Parker Hannifin Corporation. After graduation from the University of Cincinnati, he held Product and Lead Engineer positions with Monsanto Research Corporation and EG&G Mound Applied Technologies. In 1989, Mr. Hanna accepted a Project Manager position with Qsource Engineering, Inc., an engineering and environmental consulting company. During a four-year period with Qsource, he was promoted to the positions of Director and subsequently Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Hanna and his partner founded INVOTEC Engineering, Inc. on November 1, 1993. He currently functions as the President and CEO, managing the overall business operations of the company. INVOTEC employs over one hundred engineers, technicians and machinists, designing and manufacturing assembly and test equipment for manufacturers in various industries. Mr. Hanna has been involved with various volunteer organizations within the community. He was a board and Executive Committee member for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Dayton from 1991 to 1998. In 1995-96, he served as a Culture Works Business Committee member, in 1993 as a Dayton Up and Comers Award nominating committee member and in 1992 as an account officer for the Arts Dayton corporate fundraising campaign. He also served on the Bishop Leibold School Board as Finance Committee Chairman and President from 2001 through 2004 and from 2006 to 2007 served as Chairman of the Ambassador Program.
