With over 30 years of experience guiding organizations and individuals to achieve positive and permanent change, I am an expert in organizational change, workshop facilitation, coaching, and mentoring. As a principal at Changing The Focus, LLC, I work with clients from the public and private sectors to create a new culture and environment committed to internal and external change.I am also a certified organizational strategist and coach. I support business owners and C-level executives to create and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies that work. Earlier in my life, I had my priorities all screwed up. After building five companies to national prominence, I had all of the trappings of material and professional success. I lost it all through what I call my “Gift of Devastation” and was forced to take a cold, hard look at myself. As a recovering big shot, I stopped waiting for my life to get perfect before I could be happy. I started living in the present moment. The clarity I received moved me towards becoming who I wanted to be. I slowly began to rebuild my life on a new set of principles. In developing my keys for success, I realized I had created a path for others to follow. I enjoy being a keynote speaker. My book “The Daily Six,” my online course, and my Positive Thought of the Week newsletter are a result of my daily practice. My book has also been adapted into a cutting-edge program for families in recovery and police officer response training.
