Arkalogic and it's founder Dr. Aryo Karbhawono developed the Moneta mobile payments platform and EMVco approved mobile chip and swipe card readers. Moneta enables mobile payments and transfers; credit and debit card payments and transfers; and NFC enabled payments and transfers, including to NFC enabled smart cards - all without the need for a separate bank account.I worked with Arkalogic's founder, investors and management team to develop their strategy and planning and guide them through the initial seed round. My responsibilities included financial plans and models; business model and operations development; competitive and market positioning; go-to-market strategy; and corporate finance, including development of pitch decks and legal memoranda.
