I founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit that eliminates single-use petroleum-based plastic from restaurants and schools by subsidizing the purchase of reusable replacements. In other words, we pay people to stop using plastic. In our first three years, we eliminated 12,000,000+ single-use plastic items from 82 restaurants and 42 schools in 13 states. We pay zero salaries and zero rent, and have thus far kept our overhead expenses to less than 5% of revenue. This is a volunteer position.

Created budget and production LLC, raised financing, found principal location, obtained permits and insurance, filed union paperwork, procured all set construction materials, oversaw payroll for 100+ employees and contractors, secured domestic and foreign sales agents, self-booked US theatrical events, curated and created content for home video release, coordinated print traffic for 60 festivals in 24 countries, created quarterly investor reports, fulfilled home video orders...
