I worked on the Data History Load Reject team to analyze and correct various errors that resulted in the failure to load several million Pharmacy claims. • Streamlined the process to evaluate rejected claims by creating multiple jobs which could be used to identify errors and assist in root cause analysis for the rejects. This minimized the amount of time needed to resolve the errors and load the claims into the production system. These jobs were standardized and made available for all members on the team to use. • Developed a step by step process to analyze and resolve each of the specific types of errors that caused the claims to be rejected. This allowed new members to come up speed in an expedited time frame. • Improved the current process to resolve National Drug code errors which increased number of resolved Drug Code errors by 70%• Created the Playbook documentation for NDC errors ensuring that the NDC error correction process could be performed by any member on the team.
