Lobbyist at one of Pennsylvania's premier government relations firms, overseeing efforts for dozens of nonprofit, corporate and association clients before Philadelphia City Hall, where I conceive, design, and implement legislative strategies, identify and secure city and state funding, analyze complex policy issues, and coordinate meetings and votes of elected officials with a focus on building consensus towards results.

Co-taught with former City Councilman Jim Kenney two graduate student seminars on urban politics and municipal government.

Drafted legislation and conducted research on various issues critical to the Greater Philadelphia region, like stadium construction, tax reduction, cable competition, gambling regulation, and historic preservation. Analyzed municipal, state and federal legislation and budgets for local impact. Managed passage of legislation through Senate Appropriations committee and four City Council committees.

Conducted and oversaw all research and writing for good government and election watchdog organization. Served as consultant to City of Philadelphia on purchase of new voting machines. Wrote issues newsletter and various publications on local policy and electoral reform issues. Prepared legislative testimony, analyzed municipal legislation, and proposed draft legislation. Compiled andanalyzed all regional election statistics and trends, and reported on findings.
