She was able to triple her turnover and reduce her chronic worry.- Using a combination of NLP and traditional coaching techniques I worked with a colleague who was unhappy with a procedural change in her role. We quickly put together a framework whereby she could accept the change and continue in her role.- Worked with a new employee who was not meeting the required standard. After a brief discussion about learning techniques I was able to tailor training and he became one of the top performers in the intake.- I worked with a highly stressed FMCG client, ready to resign. After examining the issues I coached the client to a workable solution. Ultimately, he was able to approach his workload and colleagues in a much healthier way. He remained in his position saving the employer the urgent expense of filling the role.- Created and delivered training for all staff in a large NHS Trust, achieving 98% delivery within six months.WHO I WORK WITH?I work with individuals and small companies all the way to multi-national organisations.
