• The SWAT Team established by Raytheon Corporate to recruit for difficult-to-fill technical defense positions across this conglomeration of six companies, a vast spectrum of positions that ranged from electronic warfare.
• As a sourcer I wrote Boolean search strings for all the recruiters on the SWAT Recruiting Team.
• New reqs came to me first and followed the sequence of interviewing the hiring manager with the recruiter present. Then I would break down the technical req into terms that the recruiter could relate to. Next step was.
• Taught classes on Boolean recruiting in various U.S. locations of Raytheon.
