When I look back into my 20+ years of my career journey, I saw how much I have learnt about myself and my ability to transfer my skill sets when I am potentially looking for a career transition.Graduated in NUS with an Engineering Degree. One would think that I would be an Engineer, instead my career over the years was a blend between being a seasoned Project Manager managing multi-million projects with mostly energy/offshore & marine industries, as well as, gained sound experience as a Sales and Business Development Manager in other regions.Now that I am seeking for a new career, I am really keen to work with a recruiter or hiring manager who could think out of the box and see my values, my achievements and my personality. In my career, I have learnt a lot about leadership, customer service, sales, project management skills, managing time lines, people skills and even saving cost and I have utilized these skill sets when I work in Singapore and other Asian countries. Have also gained experience in providing product training, mentoring and coaching to internal and external clients. I have worked closely with Asia region and have been based in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam and this have definitely broaden my perspective, outlook and ability to adapt and being cross cultural sensitive.Outside of work, I am a professional that enjoys exercising to keep myself both physically and mentally fit. My motto is we should not stop learning and I have been continuously learning even more so during this short career break learning on value investing and have even been invited on talks as I really like to share my knowledge.
