I enjoy finding out about people, what they do and how I can help them. I do this in all areas of my life whether it is personal, voluntary activities or within my business.As a result I look to meet with people and talk about what is important to them, what they see are the challenges they face, as well as what is going well, to try and find what they want to change and achieve.Working in different organisations has given me array of perspectives but, also, having been involved as a voluntary board member of a number of non for profit organisations I have also operated just in a strategic role which has assisted in informing my approach to helping others.I have helped a large number of people and organisations to improve their rewards from life by calling on my vast experience to advise them quickly and accurately first time.This can be by providing financial planning and tax expertise to improve their financial rewards. It can also simply by being a sounding board for them and being a critical friend who knows about what they are trying to do but isn’t weighed down by the day to day details they face. By helping them to pull away from the day to day, explore what their future plans and then look to set up a structured approach to achieve those plans they have achieved better outcomes.I always aim to try and cut out the jargon that applies within the financial world and to help people understand how much they actually understand about their own business or personal finances.
