My experience encompasses guiding the project management and strategic development of employee resource groups, diversity recruitment initiatives, learning & development programs, DEI communications & marketing strategies, corporate social responsibility efforts, and data analytics/metrics. Furthermore my experience also includes spearheading client RFP development, industry surveys, and overarching firm DEI strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, across various regions and functions.My work is informed by an approach that seeks to integrate diversity, equity, & inclusion into organizations’ broader talent and business strategies. In implementing this methodology, I effectively drive collaboration of key stakeholders including human resources, communications, technology, C-Suite offices, and client-facing employee partners to advance firm DEI goals and improve organizational innovation, efficiency, and business development.An alumnus of Yale University and Tulane University, I hold a Masters degree in Ethics and Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Sexuality Studies with minors in Philosophy and Classics. My research interests include Virtue Ethics, gender theory, political philosophy, Transcendentalist thought, and human rights law.
