I have had great expansion of knowledge with continued training for skills and knowledge including: Active Directory, RSA SecurID, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, NetIQ Security Manager, as well as all of the underlying infrastructure. This includes, Windows 2003 & 2008. SQL Server, SQL language, VMWare, etc.As a liaison between Engineers, Clients and Sales I am confident in my communication skills with cross functional teams as well as greatly enjoy mentoring new team members (internal and external) to continue their skill development. I believe supporting others involved in my project needs greatly improves the efficiency of daily operations as well as improves the outcome of client satisfaction.
