Global Business Development Manager for CCA answering to the Global Service Line Leader for Commercial Advisory to grow the commercial consulting business for Coffey.Key Achievements:- Developed the strategy to grow a new commercial service offering and integrate this into the existing business. Strategy included market review, competitor analysis, gap analysis and entry strategy.- Developed the market entry strategy for Coffey Sport into the Middle East and Europe.- Developed a strategic commercialisation strategy for Eden Park (New Zealand’s premier sports stadium and host of the 2011 Rugby World Cup Final) that identified the most viable and sustainable approach to maximising stadium commercial returns. This strategy will increase events by 50% and increase commercial return to Eden Park by $3M per annum. - Developed a master plan and feasibility for a $30M mixed-use development that included club operations, a feasibility study for a hotel and elite soccer stadium.
