Implemented Critical Chain Project Management, Agile, Lean, and Theory of Constraints for Boeing, Spirit Aerosystems (Airbus), Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station (FRC East) and Northrop Grumman (HII) Newport News Shipbuilding.

I design concrete culvert structures to withstand specified loadings (aircraft, train, truck, etc.) and to meet certain specifications (DOT, FAA, ASTM). I also create layouts in AutoCAD to assist in installation, manufacturing, and shipping. Problem solving is also a cruicial part to help assist with any field or manufacturing issues that may aries.- Designed concrete structures to meet various specs (ASTM, AASHTO, DOT, FAA)- Created AutoCAD layouts for box and pipe projects for manufacturing and installation- Reviewed plans and specifications for bids, takeoffs and product recommendations- Worked with engineers nationwide to mediate field issues and resolve problems- Value engineered designs to reduce required steel needed to meet loadings- Supervised CAD operators and trained new engineers- Initiated Information Retrieval System & Project Tracking Program to expedite designs, reduce errors, improve communication and increase efficiency.

I managed the construction of multiple 8 unit, 13,000 sq. ft. town home buildings. During construction I coordinated and managed 40+ trades and vendors in excess of $1 million for seamless construction. I also controlled safety and quality to meet Pulte and municipality specifications. Down turn in the industry resulted in changing employment.
